    In-App Notifications How-To

    How to Stay Updated with the Latest Releases on the Platform:

  • To stay updated with the latest releases on the platform, click on the Bell icon at the bottom of the Navigation Bar.
  • In the Notifications pop-up, navigate to the System Notifications tab (identified by the Bull icon).
  • Click on a system notification to view the details in a pop-up window.
  • If you wish to close the pop-up window, simply click away from the frame.

    • How to Review Social Notifications:

  • Click on the Bell icon at the bottom of the Navigation Bar.
  • In the Notifications pop-up, switch to the Social Notifications tab (identified by the User icon).
  • Check the notifications for comments or likes on your posts.
  • To mark all notifications as read, use the "Mark All" option. To clear all notifications, select "Clear All."

    • How to Review the In-App Strategy Notifications:

  • Click on the Bell icon at the bottom of the Navigation Bar.
  • Navigate to the Strategy Notifications tab (identified by the Arrow icon).
  • Review the notifications for your strategies starting or ending.
  • Click on an In-App Strategy Notification to apply an automatic filter to the Scan Tab, showing the strategies starting or ending on the current day.
  • To view the details of the strategies, go to the Chart page, click on Notifications, and then go to the Scan Tab.

    • How to Clear Notifications:

  • Click on the Bell icon at the bottom of the Navigation Bar.
  • In the Notifications pop-up, select the tab with the type of notifications you want to clear (System, Social, or Strategy).
  • Use the "Clear All" option to delete all notifications in that category.
